We hope to welcome you to the Annual Meeting of the Association of JCI Senators in Europe (ASE) during the JCI European Conference in Bucharest.

The Annual Meeting will be held in The Ramada Hotel, Bulevardul Poligrafiei 3, Bucharest on Friday 26^th May 2023 at 3 pm when the Board’s annual report will be presented and the 2023/2024 ASE Board will be elected.

The Draft AGM Agenda and Nomination Form for the Elected Board positions are attached as well as the Meeting Minutes from the ASE Annual Meeting in Bruges on 11^th June 2022.

The Senators Lunch and Chain Handover will on Saturday 27^th May at the NOR Restaurant https://www.norbucharest.ro/en/

The Senators Lunch is included in your conference fee as are the other elements of the Senate Programme so register now if you have not already!

We look forward to seeing you at both the AGM and the Lunch.

ASE Honorary Secretary 2022/23

If any Belgian senators are running for a position on the ASE board, please notify the national board.

Nominations must be sent to the Secretary of ASE not less than 28 days before the annual meeting.
The Secretary shall publish the names of candidates to Board Members, leaders of National
JCI Senate organisations and other candidates not less than 14 days before the annual
meeting.

Each year JCI Senate Belgium provides a number of grants for first times at the international JCI meetings. We want to encourage young members to fraternize with JCI-members all over the world.

We also provides grants for the participants at the JCI European Academy.

JCI Senate Belgium streeft ernaar een belangrijk rol te vervullen in zowel het ondersteunen van lokale JCI-afdelingen en -leden als in het faciliteren van waardevolle contacten tussen oud-leden onderling en oud-leden met actieve leden. Om dat goed te kunnen doen, is het belangrijk dat JCI Senate Belgium kan rekenen op de vele senatoren die haar rangen vullen. Maar wat maakt nu precies of jij als senator wel of niet actief deelneemt aan de activiteiten, projecten en initiatieven die gelanceerd worden. Wat verwacht jij precies van JCI Senate Belgium – zowel voor de actieve JCI-leden, als voor de senatoren?

Om dat te weten te komen, en in de toekomst de juiste dingen te kunnen doen, hebben we besloten om samen met een externe partner een survey te organiseren: een enquête die maximum 10 minuten van je tijd in beslag neemt en waarvan de resultaten geanonimiseerd verwerkt zullen worden. En omdat wij enkel onze werking beter en waardevoller kunnen maken aan de hand van de info die we uit deze survey hopen te verkrijgen, vinden we het belangrijk dat je als senator even de tijd neemt om deze in te vullen.

Ga dus naar http://jci-senators-nl.pavlov.be, vul even die enquête in én maak kans op een aquarel (op basis van je foto) van de hand van senator Patrick Claeys gaat.

JCI Senate Belgium vise à jouer un rôle important à la fois en soutenant les sections locales de la JCI et les membres. JCI Senate Belgium maintien les contacts précieux entre les anciens membres mais facilite aussi le lien entre les anciens membres et les membres actifs.
